Tom Loe

Tom Loe has spent 37 years as a professional fisherman and is a full time fly-fishing guide and the owner/founder of Sierra Drifters Guide Service.

Chris Basso

Chris has extensive experience in the Eastern Sierra as a fly fisherman and has been making life difficult for the trout on Crowley Lake and the Eastern Sierra for many years. He is currently in the entertainment profession and has a super friendly, very upbeat personality.

Doug Rodricks

Doug-R grew up in sunny southern California and would spend many summers vacationing in Yosemite National Park with his family since before he could crawl. The sights, sounds, and smells of the outdoors were instilled in him at a young age as he experienced the beauty of the high country. His interest in trout fishing started at the age of 9, when he witnessed an angler reeling up a trout out of the Merced River.

Doug Dolan

“Two Bug” Doug Dolan has been frequenting the waters of the Eastern and Western Sierra for most of his 45 years. He made the full time move to Mammoth Lakes almost a decade ago to fulfill his maniacal desire to catch trout on the fly and his passion to snow ski during the winter.

Jerry Gilpin

Jerry grew up in Southern California and would make the trip to Crowley Lake just about every weekend for a number of years. He finally retired from Gardena Nissan after 35 years as parts manager and moved his family to Bishop in 2005.

Phil Therrien

Long time Sierra fly fishing resident and Crowley Lake streamer tugging legend… Phil “Fill” Therrien is a year around fly fishing guide.
