Sierra Drifters Guide Service – Our Rates & Promise
These rates apply to the ENTIRE guided programs we offer. There will be NO additional charges for fly fishing equipment, flies, float tubes, or boat rentals.
***Sierra Drifters Guide Service Tom Loe is under permit from the Inyo National Forest Service
Full Day Single- $360.00; Half day single-$260.00
Full Day 2 people-$410.00; Half Day 2 people- $310.00
Full Day 3 people- $510.00; Half Day 3 people- $360.00
Full Day 4 people-$610.00; Half Day 4 people-$410.00
*Deli style Lunches and drinks can be provided for full or half day trips if requested; add $12.50 per person please.
Full day 7-9 hours; Half day 4-6 hours. Excursion times dependent upon locations and time of year.

Fishing Licenses, wading gear, and clothing are not included in the rates above. Your guide(s) will make every effort to see that your trip is enjoyable and memorable. I guarantee it!

Sierra Drifters Guide Service was founded in 1997 and is a family operated business that contracts only veteran professional guides and boat operators that are liability insured and bonded. These specially selected individuals have been handpicked by the owner & founder of Sierra Drifters, U.S.C.G. licensed Captain Tom Loe who has logged over 3500 guided trips in fifteen seasons. We enjoy instructing first timers, have the patience, equipment, & programs designed for children and those who may be handicapped or who have seen many trout seasons. Our guides also have the experience & skills to test the metal of even the most accomplished fly fisher. We promise to provide all of the fishing gear needed for your trip. We will NOT ask you to meet at a shop to purchase or rent fishing equipment for the trip. You will NOT be charged additional fees for boat, or tube rentals. We start our guide trips on location-NOT at a shop. You show up with a current fishing license and a smile, we’ll take care of the rest!

We guarantee to provide you with safe, clean, state of the art equipment and to make your guided excursion a memorable one. If you are not satisfied with your experience with ANY of our contracted guides; WE PROMISE TO COMPENSATE YOU. We guarantee a quality experience and stand behind it completely. NO OTHER SERVICE IN THIS REGION OFFERS THIS PROMISE, you have my personal guarantee.
Gift certificates and special group packages available. Call us to arrange a special fishing adventure for a large business group, fly fishing organization, youth group, or family reunion. We have fun programs designed for handicapped individuals also. Discounts for active military available upon request.
Booking/Cancellation Policy: Please secure your reservation with a Visa/MC. A full deposit by personal check or money order is required within 30 days of your scheduled trip date. Rates reflect the cash or check prices.
In the event of your cancellation:
Your deposit is fully refundable prior to 14 days of your scheduled trip date (30 days for multi-day or multi-guide trips). The full amount is non-refundable unless we are able to re-book that date (s) for the guide(s).
Fishing is an outdoor activity and you must come prepared for the elements. In the event of a dangerous or unfishable condition (to be determined by your guide on the date of your trip) the guide will issue a rain check or credit for a future booking. No refunds for weather checks, transportation problems, or personal matters please.
