Stroud Tackle
The oldest San Diego fly shop, serving the San Diego angling community since October 1970. We stock a broad inventory of freshwater and saltwater fly fishing rods, reels, lines, flies, fly tying tools, fly tying materials, and fly fishing accessories to meet your fly angling needs in Southern California, the Eastern Sierra Nevada, and beyond. The products in stock include Temple Fork Outfitters (TFO) and Redington fly rods and fly reels, Lamson and Glavan fly Reels, Rio fly lines, leaders, and tippet, and a broad range of fly tying materials and tools sourced from Hareline Dubbin, Wapsi, Cascade Crest, and Renzetti. We have the largest selection of fly tying materials in San Diego.
Bridgeport Reservoir
The marina has approx 20 slips for rent and can accommodate boats up to 24 feet. We also offer 10 14′ aluminum rental boats each with 9.9 HP 4-Stroke engines….A convenient launch ramp is available and usually, there is plenty of parking…Storage is available. Our RV park has 11 pull-through sites and 4 back-in sites. Full hook-up’s are 80′ long with 50, 30 amp, water, sewer, and WiFi. There are also 17 camping sites, most of which overlook the reservoir. All sites have tables and fire-pits. Sites are available per night, weekly or monthly. Please call for availability. Holidays require a 3-day minimum. Any weekend may require a 2-day minimum.

Rick’s Sport Center carries all the leading brands of trout-fishing equipment and bait and is a full-service bait and tackle center where you can purchase a california fishing license too. We are also a fully stocked fly-fishing tackle shop and have the best selection of rods and reels.
