A full deposit is due upon booking and receipt of this contract unless otherwise arranged at the time of booking your trip, or you will pay your guide with cash, check, or Venmo at the trip. Please refer to the email that was sent to you with a copy of your trip contract for instructions. If mailing a check in advance, please send a check or money order, made out to Sierra Drifters Guide Service, for the full amount of the trip to 203 Sierra Springs Dr., Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546.

Please contact your guide at the number(s) provided on your trip contract copy the evening or afternoon prior to your trip date to arrange your meeting place and start time. You will need a California fishing license for any angler 16 & over. We supply your fly fishing gear (rods, reels, flies, etc. A limited supply of waders are on hand and available upon request depending on stock availability). For Crowley Lake trips LADWP does charge a small parking fee at the entrance gate.

Our guide trips are “fishing for fun” and we practice catch and release. We will take photographs of you holding your fish and then release the fish back to the water. We typically do not retain fish for consumption.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of your cancellation: Your deposit is fully refundable prior to 14 days of your trip date for single day or single guide bookings. For multi-day or multi-guide bookings, your deposit is fully refundable prior to 30 days of your trip. For cancellations within 14 days of the trip or 30 days for multi-day or multi-guide trips the FULL amount is non-refundable unless we are able to rebook your trip date. Fishing is an outdoor activity and you must come prepared for the elements. We do not issue credits or rain checks for inclement weather, transportation problems or personal matters.
