Walk and Wade Fishing

This fly fishing guide service fishes the most productive rivers and creeks the Eastern Sierra has to offer throughout the year. The “Wild Trout” section of the Lower Owens River, Hot Creek, Upper Owens River, San Joaquin River, and West and East Walker Rivers are fished during the general trout season. The East Walker River, Hot Creek, Upper Owens River, and Lower Owens can be fished all year long. Some large trophy trout up to the 25″ mark have been caught out of these waters on a regular basis. Wade fishing trips are very popular among our customers as they present anglers with the opportunity to employ many different techniques of fly fishing.
